- One sentence describing the repeated task
- One allowed input example with private details removed
- One visible result that proves the task finished
- One common error or exception
- One human review before publishing, sending, paying, or changing an account
How it works
- Describe the task you want to stop repeating.
- Replace real names and records with synthetic examples.
- Write what a correct result looks like.
- Write what must make the process stop.
- Run it manually once before choosing a tool.
What I do not collect
Do not send passwords, API keys, customer lists, addresses, or payment records. I do not log into your accounts or request remote access.
What to spend next
Spend $0 while the task is still vague. Choose the $19 self-serve system only when you want reusable templates, or the $29 written review when a second opinion will help before hiring a builder. Neither option includes implementation.
If you cannot run the task manually on a safe example or explain who checks the result, keep it manual. A tool cannot repair an undefined job.
